OzChild in Toowoomba is seeking a motivated Foster Carer Support Worker/Case Worker to improve outcomes for children in the Foster Care program. You will train and assess carers, support current client intake and match client needs with carer capabilities, across multiple portfolios.

The role emphasizes advocacy, complex case management, and the development of carers as volunteers in the Out of Home Care sector, with a commitment to equity and safety.
