Dementia Support Coach role within Dementia Support Australia (DSA), led by HammondCare, based in our Adelaide office. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support and coaching to clients, carers and care staff in diverse settings through HACDSP.

This fixed-term contract runs until June 2028, offering a holistic, compassionate approach to dementia care and opportunities for career development within a purpose-driven team.
