Appointment Setter, Outbound Business Development

The Opportunity

We're building a small team of talented appointment setters to speak with Australian business owners and book qualified meetings with our business development team.

This is an outbound role, so you need to genuinely enjoy picking up the phone, starting conversations and speaking with decision-makers.

Your job is straightforward:

Start genuine conversations. Understand the business. Identify an opportunity. Book a qualified meeting.

Once you've booked the meeting, our team takes it from there. Our systems, including AI-assisted confirmation, help manage and confirm your appointments.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling Australian business owners and decision-makers.

Having short, genuine conversations about their businesses and current needs.

Identifying opportunities across NOIZE's range of business services.

Qualifying potential clients against clear criteria.

Booking qualified meetings directly into our team's calendar.

Recording calls, outcomes and follow-ups in our CRM.

Following up business owners who have requested another call.

This isn't about reading a script at people all day. We're looking for people who can actually talk to business owners, listen and recognise an opportunity.

Depending on experience, performance and preferred working structure, NOIZE offers different engagement pathways, including employment and performance-based contractor opportunities.

The role has significant performance-based earning potential, with strong performers capable of earning well into six figures.

Who We're Looking For

You'll probably be a great fit if:

You're based in Australia and communicate naturally with Australian business owners.

You have experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation or B2B sales.

You're confident speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.

You can handle rejection without losing momentum.

You listen, ask good questions and recognise when an opportunity isn't a genuine fit.

You're organised and comfortable working with a CRM and shared calendar.

You're motivated by results and enjoy having your performance rewarded.

You're comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

You have a professional home workspace, reliable internet and a computer.

Experience calling Australian businesses is highly regarded.
