Ozcare is hiring a part time Registered Nurse to support in-home aged care across Gracemere and the Rockhampton region. You will assess client needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and provide holistic, evidence-based care aligned with professional standards.

Working with families and a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor progress, record outcomes, and contribute to quality improvement while maintaining compassionate, client-centred service.
