You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding, focusing on reablement and restorative care to help them stay independent at home.
You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team guided by Well-Living, with versatile work-from-home options and no weekends or shift
