The Coach will have a focus on literacy and will work alongside teachers to strengthen literacy instruction through coaching, classroom modelling, team-oriented planning, professional learning and the effective use of student achievement data. The role is centred on building teacher capability, supporting evidence-informed practices and improving outcomes for students.
