Waymark Hotels’ Mill Inn Tavern in Millmerran, Queensland is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver memorable dining experiences across our venues.

You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor junior staff, develop menus, manage inventory and costs, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation. We offer work-life balance and in office accommodation to support your relocation and a welcoming regional community.
