About the Role

- Join Integrated Care as Project Manager and help shape better services across CALHN.
- Lead projects from scoping to evaluation
- Analyse data and feedback to drive service improvements
- Advise leaders and track risks, milestones and outcomes
- Embed Safe and Connected practices and lasting solutions

About You

You’ll bring strong project expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to deliver meaningful improvements across Integrated Care.

- Proven project planning, delivery and evaluation skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent report writing,



presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of risk management, safety and quality principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
