ALDI South Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and service standards to deliver efficient, value-driven shopping experiences.

You’ll develop future leaders through hands-on training, maintain safety and cleanliness, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service. A 45-hour week with a versatile rotating roster awaits.
