Essential Nursing and Disability Services is seeking an experienced AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse to support participants across SIL houses and community settings. The role involves clinical leadership, assessment, and high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.

You will support frontline staff, ensure protected medication administration, and maintain robust documentation including Support Plans and Nursing Assessments, while upholding NDIS requirements and care
