Multi Skilled Equipment Operators- MULTIPLE ROLES

Leader Group is recruiting multi-skilled operators for a major DIDO/FIFO project out of Rockhampton. You will operate late model, fully loaded CAT equipment on complex work that requires precision and expertise. The role operates on a 2 and 1 roster with mid-week changeover.

Key responsibilities

- Operate excavators with GPS experience (13-49t)
- Operate graders
- Operate articulated dump trucks
- Work with Trimble Earthworks and 3D Earthworks systems
- Maintain safety, accountability, and teamwork standards
- Adapt and deliver work without excuses

About you

- Excavator operator experience with GPS (13-49t)
- Grader operator experience
- UTS experience
- Articulated dump truck operator experience
- HR License (mandatory)
- Experience with Trimble Earthworks 3D (imperative)




- Mindset built on safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol test
