Contract Administrator - Interiors / Fit out

We are proud to present this new Contract Administrator opportunity!

We are working with a leading Commercial Fit out and Interiors company, specialising in the design and construction of Luxury Commercial, Retail, Office, Workspace, Banks & Hotel projects. They are on the lookout for an experienced contract administrator to join their growing team.

Location:

Office is located in the Hills District, with off-street parking available and close to public transport of required.

Contract Administrators will ideally have the following:

- A strong understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of project delivery.
- Ideally minimum of 3 years' post-grad experience in either Construction Management or Architecture.
- Must have commercial fit out or interiors construction experience.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident. strictly no visa need apply.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare forecasts,



monitor financials, and prepare cash flow statements
- Ensure site staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions.
- Preparation of tender documentation, including tender and pricing schedules and scope of works.
- Procurement of sub-contractors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and site staff.
- Liaise with the client regularly regarding progress claims.
- Primarily office based, however, Site visits will be required from time to time.

Salary guide is $100k - $120k + super.
