Positive Shepherd Lodge is seeking a Registered Nurse ready to progress to a full-time Clinical Nurse role in East Mackay or Beaconsfield Gardens. The role emphasises clinical leadership, governance, and high-quality, resident-centered care in line with standards.

You will work with the Clinical Manager and multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence and continuous improvement, while mentoring staff and supporting a positive workplace culture.
