The Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Policy Officer in the Community and Oral Health team to monitor and improve the delivery and performance of community health services across Victoria. You will contribute to policy options, program design, and delivery of community health programs, including the Community Health reform agenda and modernization of Home and Community Care for Young People.

You will engage with Commonwealth and Victorian reforms to advance stronger community health
