Capability HR in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering with executives and global HR teams in a fast-moving setting.

You will oversee an HR/WHS Advisor, drive complex employee relations, governance, and global HR processes, and manage the 4-days-per-week, hybrid setup. Start Sep with handover.
