Arcare Aged Care is seeking an After-Hours Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for high-quality, person-centred care. You will guide care staff, support residents, and foster a positive workplace culture.

You will lead nursing and care teams, oversee care plan development, and ensure safe medication administration while communicating with families and managing emergencies. Robust ANNA C knowledge is advantageous.
