Transport for NSW is seeking a hands-on learning leader to mentor apprentices and staff in signalling electrical operations at the Clyde Depot. You will develop training resources, lead competency-based assessments and partner with leaders to identify capability needs for a safer, more capable workforce.
The role is an in office, Monday–Friday position within Sydney Trains, contributing to workforce readiness and continuous improvement across the Engineering and Maintenance Branch.
