Lincoln Place is seeking a hands-on Community Manager for the Northern Beaches Lifestyle Estate to lead day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional service, and drive the financial performance of a vibrant land-lease community.

You will supervise in office staff, coordinate maintenance and events, engage residents, and liaise with Sales, Development and Operations to support growth; occasional after-hours duties apply.
