St John of God Midland Private Hospital seeks a transformative leader for Mission Integration to advance the Mission, Vision, and Values across hospital operations and community engagement. You will work with the CEO and executive team to embed Catholic identity, governance, and ethical practice into daily decisions and ongoing formation initiatives.

The role is 0.6 FTE, part time, supported by the National Mission team, with emphasis on pastoral services, community inclusion, and partnerships
