Insurance and Care NSW (icare) seeks a Client Advisor for CTP Care in NSW. You’ll manage a portfolio of treatment and care claims, coordinating services to support recovery and independence for clients with significant injuries.

You’ll review medical and claims information, make decisions on reasonable and necessary treatment within legislative frameworks, and work with health professionals, insurers and service providers to achieve person-centred outcomes.
