The City of Parramatta is seeking an ICT Service Desk Team Leader to guide a customer‑focused service desk and partner with ICT leaders on initiatives and change management. This permanent full‑time role offers hybrid work, a competitive remuneration from $117,540.29 plus 12% super, plus generous leave, wellbeing programs, and development pathways to support growth.

You will lead coaching, set performance metrics, and ensure ITIL compliance across operations.
