Position: Content Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 25 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Review paired AI-generated in-product writing for voice, tone, and adherence to editorial standards.
- Judge and select preferred samples, providing concise reasons and applying tags.
- Explicit the calibration gate to ensure quality before data goes live.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .




- Collaborate with teams to refine and enhance AI-generated content .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Experience setting voice and tone for in-product writing at a major tech or consumer product company.
- Experience rating or rewriting AI-generated text against editorial standards.
- Hourly contractor
