NSW Department of Customer Service – Parramatta NSW is hiring a Business Analyst to support digital modernisation programs and ongoing tax services. This full-time temporary role (35 hpw) is flexible across Revenue NSW offices with hybrid working.

You will elicit and document requirements, facilitate workshops, analyze processes, and collaborate with product owners, developers and testers in an agile delivery setting.
