It is looking for an Associate to join its leasing team in Sydney, taking on commercial leasing work for landlords and tenants.

About the role

Commercial leasing for landlords and tenants, with matters run from first instructions through to signing.

- Draft and negotiate commercial,



retail and industrial leases
- Prepare lease variations, renewals, assignments and surrenders
- Advise landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations
- Build direct client relationships and take ownership of your own matters
- Support the wider property team on larger transactions

What you'll bring

- Commercial leasing experience at Associate level
- Admission to practise in NSW with a current practising certificate
- A drive to own your matters, build real client relationships and take control of your own career
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the confidence to run your own files

- $100K to $130K ex super plus an uncapped bonus structure
