The Woombye Pub, part of Norton Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and influence menu direction. You’ll mentor the brigade, drive quality and food safety, and partner with management on growth and innovation.

Expect to manage costs, stock, supplier relationships, rosters and performance using up-to-date kitchen systems while shaping a positive kitchen culture.
