Key Responsibilities:
Manage a residential property portfolio with a focus on performance, compliance, and client satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, arrears, and dispute resolution
Contribute to process improvement and business growth initiatives
About You:
Proven experience in residential property management (senior level preferred)
Strong knowledge of property legislation and best practice
