About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the People & Culture function across the organisation. This is a hands-on role balancing strategy and delivery — embedding consistent,compliantand practical workforce practices.





You will lead the Staff & Operations Team Lead, ProjectOfficerand Receptionist.

Hybrid working across office, home and field asrequired.

Whatyou’llbe doing

You will lead and deliver across:

- Recruitment, onboarding & retention – Strengthen quality of hire and reduce regrettable turnover.
- Capability & performance – Support role clarity, leadershipdevelopmentand training compliance.
- Employee relations – Provide pragmatic advice across performance and conduct matters.
- Workforce planning & rostering governance – Partner with operational leaders to support sustainability.
- WHS & wellbeing – Lead prevention-focused WHS and return-to-work governance.

About you

You are a values-led HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to achieve practical outcomes.

You bring:

- 5+ years’ HR/People & Culture experience (service-based or regulated environments preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards (SCHADS highly regarded)
- Experience across recruitment, ER, performance,onboardingand compliance
- Confidence with HR systems and reporting

You’re ready to step into broader leadership and build your influence across an organisation.
