ROLE:
- Partner with employers and job seekers to match the right person with the right job.
- Manage all aspects of temporary recruitment, including devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating and managing video and in‑office interviews, and writing candidate profiles, coaching and feedback to candidates.
- Negotiate salaries, including day‑rate contracts, as well as length of contract assignments to deliver our commitments to clients and candidates.
- Solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organisations, meet ups, face‑to‑face events, and meetings/online networking.
- Strategise with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
- Responsible for locating and tracking candidates working for the competition.
- Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiting Specialist/Candidate Manager/Resourcing Specialist in an agency environment with a proven track record of supporting Consultants in the placement of talent to external clients.
- Commercial and proven Industry experience as an finance professional and looking to apply your industry knowledge in this new and exciting sales focused career.
- Ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of achievement.
- Strongly motivated by achieving personal and business’ financial goals.
- Goal oriented, metrics driven.
- Well organised and enjoys a position that supports revenue generating consultants.
