Clubhouse Operations Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a major clubhouse in Sydney's north. Combining a golf shop and green fee operations, a restaurant, café and function space, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse business and help shape its next chapter. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, build a strong team culture and deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests. Alongside running the venue, you'll play a central role in growing revenue, developing new opportunities and improving profitability across the business.

Key responsibilities

- Lead daily operations across the restaurant, café, function space, golf shop and green fee business
- Recruit, train and mentor the team, creating a positive culture built on clear expectations and accountability
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, revenue performance, labour costs and purchasing to deliver sustainable profitability
- Grow function and event bookings, dining and café trade, golf shop sales and green fee revenue
- Work closely with the kitchen, service and golf teams to maintain consistently high standards
- Build strong relationships with members, guests, suppliers and the local community
- Work with Clubhouse Operations Group on marketing,



promotions and business development
- Improve systems, rostering and processes to keep operations efficient and well organised
- Oversee venue presentation, maintenance, stock control, safety and compliance

About you

- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality, clubs, golf or a similarly diverse business
- Robust commercial judgement, with confidence managing budgets, P&Ls;, staffing costs and revenue growth
- A practical, visible leadership style and the ability to develop and motivate a team
- Experience in food and beverage operations, functions and guest service
- Excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills
- Confidence using POS, booking, rostering and reporting systems
- The initiative to identify opportunities and turn ideas into measurable results
- Golf industry or golf retail experience would be an advantage
