SILC (Supporting Independent Living Co-operative) in Denistone NSW is seeking a House Manager to lead a Supported Independent Living home for two young men with non-verbal autism. This full time role combines 3 admin/leadership days with 2 floor shifts delivering direct support, guided by Active Support and person-centred practice.
