The Salvation Army in Bendigo, VIC is seeking a Team Leader for Non-Residential AOD Services. You will guide a multidisciplinary team delivering intake, assessments, counselling, care coordination and recovery planning, ensuring high-quality service delivery on-site in Bendigo.

You will oversee clinical practice, support staff development, and align with program funding and outcomes while maintaining a manageable client caseload and robust frontline connections.
