Unique Building Services (UBS) is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead residential insurance reinstatement projects, with a focus on escape of liquid and water damage. You will coordinate with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams to drive repairs from assessment to completion.

The role requires robust project delivery, safety, quality, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, plus mentoring others and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
