Pine Services Group is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist based in Australia to own post-sale client relationships, retain clients, and grow revenue within the existing base. You will bridge clients with delivery, support, and ISV teams while ensuring expectations and commitments are met.

You will identify at-risk accounts, drive upsell, and coordinate with Sales and Consulting on strategy. This hybrid, full time role reports to the Head of Sales in Australia.
