You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and then proactively source and assess candidates for IT and related roles. This permanent, full time role sits in our People, Culture & Sustainability team, reporting to the PC&S; Director.
You will build talent pipelines, coordinate onboarding, support EVP efforts, and manage agencies and job boards across Australia. Hybrid work arrangements available.
