Essential Nursing and Disability Services is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Mirrabooka as a Participant Intake Officer. You will lead end-to-end intake, assess risks, review NDIS plans and coordinate onboarding with clinical and operational teams.

With an RN background and NDIS experience, you will build solid relationships with participants, families and coordinators, ensuring safe, person-centred transitions into our supports and services.
