Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking an experienced Practice Advisor - CYF Incident Review to support leaders across our Children, Youth and Families services. You will analyse incidents, assess risks and promote a culture of learning to improve safety and outcomes for children and young people.

Reporting to the CYF Operations Manager, you will oversee incident processes, advise on escalation, and collaborate with Service Centres and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement.
