Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Gallery in NSW is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Supply Team across manufacturing, warehouse and supply operations at the Rydalmere site. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, industrial relations and full lifecycle HR in a manufacturing workplace.

You will advise leaders, help navigate EBA, awards and legislation, coordinate workers' comp and return-to-work, and partner with WHS to foster a positive workplace.
