Ayers Rock Resort in Uluru is seeking an experienced Hotel Head Chef to lead the Desert Gardens Hotel kitchen and its 20-chef brigade. You will oversee all daily food production, ensure top-quality menus, and drive sustainable and profitable outlets in a remote, culturally rich setting.

The role requires a minimum of five years as Head Chef, a Certificate IV in Culinary Arts or equivalent, and solid leadership, budgeting, and cross-cultural collaboration skills to deliver exceptional culinary
