The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders and project pricing for industrial and commercial construction projects, reviewing drawings and tender docs to define scope and requirements.
You will identify risks, review subcontractor pricing, develop detailed cost breakdowns, and work with internal teams and suppliers throughout the tender
