West Moreton Health seeks a Senior Social Worker to lead clinical services at Boonah Hospital. The role delivers evidence-based psychosocial care across a multidisciplinary team within the West Moreton Health network.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, participate in CPD activities, and manage complex patient care with skilled judgment. After-hours on-call rostering is required to respond to clinical emergencies.
