ASSEMBLE is recruiting a Contract Administrator for an established Developer Builder on a 25+ level high-rise in Coolangatta. You will join during procurement before construction in January, with the team onsite at the Coolangatta site office.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in contract administration with Tier 2/3 builders and experience in multi-residential or commercial sectors, handling subcontractor packages and procurement while ensuring contractual compliance and solid stakeholder
