Townsville City Council is seeking a Team Leader Wastewater Treatment to lead day-to-day operations of its wastewater plants and drive safety, compliance and performance. You will guide operators, coordinate maintenance and contractor activities, and champion continuous improvement across the wastewater network.
Reporting to the Senior Wastewater Engineer, you will mentor teams, manage resources and ensure environmental licences and quality standards are met in a growing city.
