MacKillop Family Services in Thornton, NSW is seeking a House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care to lead a Therapeutic Youth Work team and deliver high quality care for vulnerable young people. Working within a trauma-informed framework, you will supervise staff, collaborate with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker and Coordinator, and support young people to heal from trauma and reach their potential.
