Harmony Australasia is seeking a Human Resources Advisor for the CSA Mine, based onsite in Cobar, NSW, with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Sydney. The role emphasises employee relations, compliance and practical HR guidance in a heavy industrial workplace.

You will support leaders and employees, interpret enterprise agreements, and help drive workforce planning, recruitment and wellbeing initiatives within a site-based operation.
