Carpentaria Shire Council in Normanton seeks a hands-on Workshop Leading Hand to coordinate daily workshop activities, supervise Diesel Fitters and Apprentices, and provide technical guidance. You will lead diagnostics, repairs and maintenance, ensuring secure, productive operations.

Role involves work in the workshop and at Council worksites and remote camps, with a focus on mentoring staff and supporting the Workshop Foreman.
