Mirvac invites experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations and maintenance of a premium CBD asset at 55 Collins Street, Melbourne. You will drive service delivery, safety and sustainability while coordinating building services and tenant experience.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage contractors, oversee budgets and capex, ensure NCC/HSE compliance, and foster continuous improvement. On-call readiness and leadership in a energetic environment are required.
