You will manage complex calendars, prepare correspondence, and coordinate travel and conferences for the CNMO, ensuring efficient operations and stakeholder coordination on site in Heidelberg.

With at least 5 years in health care, you will bring robust communication, strategic thinking and digital fluency (MS 365/Teams).
