SA Health is seeking a Home Care Coordinator to support older adults in the Elliston and Wudinna region. The role focuses on coordinating Commonwealth-funded home support programs under the Aged Care Act 2024, guiding care with dignity, safety and respect.

The position is part time, until 27 November 2028, with pro rata salary: ASO3 ($74,095–$78,694) plus 12% superannuation and leave loading. Applicants must have case management experience and strong communication skills.
