Echuca Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to deliver in-reach services in Residential Aged Care within the IPAC Community Services team. This role focuses on reducing ED presentations by providing timely nursing consultancy and short-term case management close to home.

The role requires current RN registration with AHPRA and preferred gerontology/advanced nursing or critical care qualifications, offering opportunities for growth within a large regional health service.
