Retailworld Resourcing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for an expanding Australian outdoor retailer. You will support the Store Manager on the shop floor, mentor the team and drive customer service excellence.

In a vibrant, down-to-earth environment, you will help control daily store operations, stock and merchandising, while working to achieve sales targets and store KPIs. A hands-on, proactive approach and robust communication are essential to thrive here.
